Nexus Core Training Program Policies
By registering for Nexus Core Training, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the following program policies. Please review this page before completing registration.
Program Structure
Nexus Core Training is a continuous monthly soccer development program designed for players ages 7–10. Sessions focus on technical development, ball mastery, first touch, dribbling, passing, finishing, movement, and consistent repetition.
Training is held Mondays and Fridays from 5:00–6:00 PM.
Players may be separated into groups based on age, experience, ability, or developmental needs to provide an appropriate training environment.
Full Access Membership
Full Access members may attend both Monday and Friday sessions each week during their active membership.
Weekly reservations are not required. Players are expected to attend their regularly scheduled sessions.
Membership is for one child only. Families registering multiple children must purchase a separate membership and complete a separate registration for each child.
Flex 4 Membership
Flex 4 members may attend up to four Core Training sessions per month.
The four sessions must be used within the applicable month and do not roll over into future months.
Unused sessions are forfeited and cannot be transferred to another player.
Monthly Billing & Membership
Core Training operates as a monthly subscription. The payment method provided at checkout will be charged according to the billing schedule displayed during registration.
Membership will continue and renew automatically until canceled according to the cancellation policy.
Enrollment and access to training are dependent upon the membership remaining active and payments remaining current.
Cancellations
Parents/guardians are responsible for canceling their membership if they no longer wish to participate.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for payments that have already been processed.
Players may continue attending through the remainder of any period that has already been paid for, unless otherwise communicated by Nexus Athletic Training.
Missed Sessions & Makeups
There are no refunds, credits, or guaranteed makeup sessions for practices missed due to personal scheduling conflicts, vacations, illness, or other individual absences.
Full Access members may attend the remaining regularly scheduled sessions available during their active membership.
Flex 4 sessions must be used within the applicable month.
If Nexus Athletic Training cancels a session, families will be notified and an appropriate accommodation may be provided when possible.
Player & Parent Expectations
Players are expected to arrive ready to train, follow coaching instructions, respect coaches and other participants, and contribute to a positive training environment.
Parents/guardians are welcome to observe unless otherwise communicated. Coaches may establish reasonable viewing or participation boundaries when necessary to maintain a productive and safe training environment.
Nexus Athletic Training reserves the right to address repeated disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
What to Bring
Players should arrive with:
Water
Athletic clothing
Appropriate indoor athletic/soccer shoes
Any personal medical items that may be necessary during training
Health & Medical Information
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information regarding any known medical conditions, allergies, previous injuries, physical limitations, or other information that may affect their child’s participation.
Parents/guardians should notify Nexus Athletic Training if this information changes during the player’s enrollment.
Assumption of Risk
Soccer and athletic training involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, contact with equipment or other participants, muscle strains, sprains, and other injuries.
By registering a child, the parent/guardian acknowledges these risks and voluntarily gives permission for the child to participate.
Parents/guardians understand that Nexus Athletic Training does not provide individual medical or health insurance coverage for participants and are responsible for maintaining any coverage they consider appropriate.
Emergency Situations
If a parent/guardian cannot be reached during an emergency, Nexus Athletic Training may contact the emergency contact provided during registration and seek appropriate emergency assistance when reasonably necessary.
Photos & Videos
Photos and videos may be taken during Nexus Core Training for training, promotional, website, or social-media purposes.
Program Changes
